The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration says more than two-thirds of children experience at least one traumatic event by the time they are sixteen years old. And this was before COVID-19.

If you have trauma, if you feel lost, if you feel alone, there are things you can do that may help you feel better.

You don’t have to have suicidal thoughts before you ask for help. And please don’t ever feel as though you can’t ask for help. So many people in the world want to see you thrive, and if it feels as though no one does, then maybe you haven’t met them yet.
